How to Think Like George Washington Carver

This is an 8-week exploration of an amazing man, his life, his qualities, and his accomplishments. We will meet Thursdays 1-3PM from April 8th through May 27th. The first part of each class will be dedicated to discussion and activities about George Washington Carver, and the rest of the class we will be extending that discussion with hands-on science and art activities. This is plant science with the depth and importance that only George Washington Carver can inspire. All ages of plant lovers welcome. You can drop off or stay and play. Please bring snack and filled water bottle. Masks must be worn inside the classroom, but may be removed outside. Please dress appropriately for the weather since we'll be doing a lot outside.
